THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to design and implement specific solutions using available programming languages and tools that deliver robust, reliable applications and services to both internal and external users.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have at least 5 years professional experience with PHP
  • Extensive knowledge with MVC frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter
  • Have excellent MySQL (MariaDB) knowledge
  • Know & enjoy their way around RESTful API’s
  • Competent with revision control systems (Git)
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Passionate about writing beautiful and clean code
  • Have experience with blockchain technology is a big plus
  • Experience in Scrum concepts and/or CI/CD tools to get your projects to production is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement back-end web applications by following design standards and write clean, semantic code
  • Maintain and improve our in-house PHP framework
  • Collaborate with front-end team members, designers, and other people involved with the project
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Provide solutions or alternatives to tough problems
  • Able to work independently but also to understands when to involve others and when to ask for senior support
